The activity will lead to developing by participant following skills under EIT Food competency framework: problem solving, food systems, communication and technology management)<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By submitting the application form, the Participant declared to meet the entry requirements for the Roundtable discussion main agrifood challenges and opportunities in Lithuania as provided on the website www.hackagrifood.lt)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Participant is responsible for giving the correct information. This expressly refers to the correctness of his or her personal and contact data.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Participant of Challenge Labs does not bear any participation fee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Participant is expected to attend each item of the agenda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neither AgriFood Lithuania DIH\u00a0 nor EIT Food CLC North-East sp. z o. o. is\u00a0 liable for:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The safety of the Participant during <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Challenge Lab.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Damage or loss of the property of the Participant or damage caused by the Participant to the property of AgriFood Lithuania DIH, EIT Food CLC North-East sp. z o. o. or any other third party.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other damages, losses, liability or personal injury arising out of or in any way connected with <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Challenge Labs.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other costs or expenses which are incurred because of any unlawful, unreasonable or unwarranted action, behaviour, omission or decision by the Participant or a third party.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal belongings or possessions of the Participant.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Participant retains full and exclusive ownership of his \/ her intellectual property rights. AgriFood Lithuania DIH and its authorized representatives in the project undertake all means necessary to ensure the confidentiality of the ideas and projects presented during Challenge Labs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Participant grants his or her consent to the provision of his or her personal data AgriFood Lithuania DIH and to the processing of such data by AgriFood Lithuania DIH, in the scope necessary to the fulfilment of tasks and goals of the Challenge Lab. <\/span><\/li>\n<li>All above \u2013 mentioned personal data are processed according to the rules provided by the Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and national laws on protection of personal data, in particular the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.<\/li>\n<li>By accepting the terms and conditions the Participant also authorizes AgriFood Lithuania DIH, EIT Food CLC North-East sp. z o. o., EIT Food ivzw and any other third party to publish photographs or videos taken of the Participant during the \u201cChallenge Lab\u201d for use in print, online and video\u2010based marketing materials, as well as other publications related to \u201cChallenge Lab\u201d promotion.<\/li>\n<li>The Participant further acknowledges that participation is voluntary and not connected with receiving financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of above \u2013 mentioned photographs, videos or participation in marketing materials or other publications of AgriFood Lithuania DIH, the EIT Food CLC North-East sp. z o. o., EIT Food ivzw or any other third party.<\/li>\n<li>Any complaints about the \u201cChallenge Lab\u201d course should be made in writing and sent (via email) to: <a style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\" href=\"mailto:hub@agrifood.lt\">hub@agrifood.lt<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Any disputes resulting from these terms and conditions between the Participant and the AgriFood Lithuania DIH that cannot be resolved in mutual consultation will be brought before the court in Vilnius under Lithuania\u00a0 law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>Definitions<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>EIT Food ivzw<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is the international non-profit association with scientific purpose governed by the Belgian law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>EIT Food CLC North-East sp. z o. o.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is the limited liability company managing knowledge &amp;
